believe this was regret reaction and thought

ignored SPY lttle bit because couple of

urself question b4 taking trade do I have an
edge or am I just taking a trade for sake of
it?

correct, but still go with the emotional
flow, this is what we want to alleviate

has to be worked at, its alright to ask
urself this question many times b4 taking a
trade until it is 2nd nature to you, like
positive biofeedback
