dont know futures, let me explain what this
means

now

money up, thats one trade for $$2.40/oz
move, then another long for $4/oz,
[12:24 pm] Mitch K: so you have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
trades i have outlined
[12:25 pm] Mitch K: that is a $22 move on
gold you would be short
[12:26 pm] Mitch K: just remember that you
are not, i repeat, not going to get every
trade. you dont have to
[12:26 pm] Mitch K: antoher $22
[12:27 pm] Mitch K: but those 70% make a lot
of money per trade. compared to the 30% of
trades that are breakeven or small
losses.
[12:27 pm] Mitch K: the way you handle this
system is you could have a few “bad trades”
that breakeven, or lose a little but you have
these bigger moves that occur probably 70% of
the time or more.
[12:28 pm] Mitch K: i am working on a second
indicator that is attached to this chart to
filter most of that out but i think its best
to bring that out in another version because
it is very useful and profitable as it is
now
[12:28 pm] Mitch K: there is a way to handle
the chop or what shark is calling slop and
chop
[12:29 pm] Mitch K: stocks are really really
easy with this
[12:29 pm] Mitch K: the grain commodities are
easier, and so are the index futures
[12:30 pm] Mitch K: this is programmed on
Ninja Trader
[12:30 pm] Mitch K: i have not checked live
cattle except for my neighbors
[12:31 pm] Mitch K: try to look at bigger
picture with this. there are going to be
higher costs to use Ninja Trader and their
data feeds if you are using another platform.
Dont worry about that, its the cost of doing
this business and is insignificant costs
compared to the potential profit.
[12:33 pm] Mitch K: this is not an indicator,
its really a trading system.
[12:33 pm] Mitch K: dont get hung up on the
small stuff guys, just learn the system and
master the process
[12:35 pm] Mitch K: like i mentioned
yesterday or day before, it brings wherever
you are at and improves your performance a
lot. it is a very powerful tool that makes
up for our human weaknesses. greed, fear,
emotions, frustration, endurance, staying
awake, watching and interpreting. this gives
us many profitable trades each day and you
are not exhausted by end of each day

how to use it and then eventually trust it.
dont take my word for it, you have to become
confident in it. so its ok to study in
simulation mode with your trades for as long
as you need, could be days, weeks however
long

yourself

confidence in it to become your confidence.
you have to believe it but i am not asking
you to take a leap of faith as you would if
you accepted some religion

analyze, learn how to use it, keep getting
better, then your confidence will be
solid.
[12:39 pm] Mitch K: your expectations need to
be balanced. you dont get the top and you
dont get the bottom. sometimes you do but
not often.

improve it but the improvements will be
fairly small on each version

frustrated or agitated that you didnt get the
top or the bottom but i am going to tell you
how much money was in the middle even if the
sytem was a candle late or you were a candle
late or you had to take out the dogs because
the wife asked you, whatever. dont let that
stuff bother you, I will just say this:
There is a ton of money in these charts with
these alerts. i mean a lot. like i said, it
should be illegal

at 40 years old

benefit. the main benefit is the quantity of
trades that i can now handle, 2) the
consistency of profits 3) lower work load 4)

think of this as graduating from a old 1960
Cessna with 6 pack instruments to three 10″
high res screens with synthetic vision,
collision avoidance, audio and visual alerts.
thats what my analogy is

instrument approaches differently, not
interpreting old needles, not requiring a
co-pilot or navigator, weapons officer, etc.
the workload goes waaayy down adn the profits
go exponentially up, thats what i am
seeing

become proficient

is a short, as you can see by the red

is huge in stocks. the short was 4.1%, the

following the process. my point is this,
with stocks for sure, the drawdown is so low,
and you will learn this, that your head, your
thinking should be to continue to work the
system. don’t let a nuisance trade bother
you, or rattle you or shake your
confidence.

procedure as we do everyday now. we put
those symbols into a chart with what I am
calling the Lightning Trading System

symbols and the alert information, time,
price of alert, etc.
[01:13 pm] Mitch K: you look at ONE single
alert window and see what stock it is and the
action you should take. you go to your
trading platform and put in an order, go back
to the scanner and put more symbols in more
charts, and now you manage your routine in
this manner.

way too complicated, lol
[01:14 pm] Mitch K: you can be color blind
and make this work. just by listening and
reading the alert window. actually you can
be deaf too. just watch the alert
