Mitch K: watching ESRX for bottom to
buy [06:39 am] Mitch K: MLNX

watch BIDU for bottom to buy [06:40 am]
Mitch K: sorry for late post on MLNX, was
watching earlier [06:41 am] Mitch K: OCZ

watching MLNX for top to short [06:44 am]
Mitch K: watching JCI for top to
short [06:45 am] Mitch K: LTM bottom
soon [06:46 am] Mitch K: SPY turning
over [06:46 am] Mitch K: i think ORLY is
going to be a series of small
shorts, [06:47 am] Mitch K: watching MCD
for bottom, macdonalds hamburgers [06:47
am] Mitch K: watching CRK for top to short,
lower priced [06:48 am] Mitch K: watching
GGC closer [06:49 am] Mitch K: watching
SYK for bottom to buy [06:49 am] Mitch K:
watchign QCOM for bottom [06:49 am] Mitch
K: watching SLM for bottom [06:49 am]
Mitch K: watching ROVI for top to short,
higher risk trade [06:50 am] Mitch K:
watching GGC closer [06:50 am] Mitch K:
worth long here LTM [06:50 am] Mitch K:
LTM bottoming [06:51 am] Mitch K: watch
CSTR for bottom to buy [06:52 am] Mitch K:
watching DDS for top to short [06:53 am]
Mitch K: although should have more
upside [06:53 am] Mitch K: consider
reducing LTM long [06:53 am] Mitch K:
gradually sell AOS long [06:54 am] Mitch
K: watching COH for top [06:55 am] Mitch
K: watching AKRX for bottom to buy [06:56
am] Mitch K: looking for 46.50 area
+ [06:56 am] Mitch K: more momentum upside
on LTM left [06:57 am] Mitch K: probably
more upside on LTM but safer to reduce long
on LTM [06:57 am] Mitch K: consider
reducing more of LTM long [06:57 am] Mitch
K: watchign PXD for top to short [06:58
am] Mitch K: watching TIF for 2nd helping
short [06:59 am] Mitch K: watchign AGN for
bottom [06:59 am] Mitch K: forget JCI
short, better ideas out there [06:59 am]
Mitch K: AKRX bouncing [06:59 am] Mitch K:
watching PCYC for bottom to buy, still
early [07:00 am] Mitch K: watching NXY for
bottom to buy; take time [07:01 am] Ed :
SPY new lod [07:01 am] Mitch K: consider
selling LTM [07:01 am] Mitch K: LTM sell
signal soon [07:01 am] Mitch K: watching
HUM for bottom to buy, missed short [07:02
am] Mitch K: looking for under 91 on PXD
short [07:02 am] Mitch K: monitoring
AMRN [07:02 am] Mitch K: watching UNH for
bottom [07:03 am] Mitch K: consider
closing LTM long, consider selling [07:05
am] Mitch K: cover CVS if short [07:06 am]
Mitch K: HUM turning up [07:06 am] Mitch
K: consider selling BIDU if long [07:07
am] Mitch K: housing stocks dumping:
TOL, PHM, DHI, KBH [07:08 am] Mitch K:
Consider using the little rebound in GGC to
fill short entry. Got to sell long
first though, maybe 33.20 area? be
flexible [07:10 am] Mitch K: watching AMRN
for top closer [07:10 am] Mitch K: HUM
long trade failure [07:11 am] Mitch K:
consider reducing AKRX long [07:12 am]
Mitch K: early buy signal on ORLY [07:12
am] Mitch K: so much for my theory of series
of small shorts on ORLY, how about one big
short, buy signal to cover ORLY
soon [07:14 am] Mitch K: AMRN toppy here
for short entry [07:15 am] Mitch K: yeah
for sure cover AMRN here 15.35 [07:15 am]
Mitch K: and then look for 2nd helping
short [07:15 am] Mitch K: you trade AMRN
by feel now, not signals, too fast for
signals, i would consider covering here
15.46 [07:16 am] Mitch K: dont try to
trade AMRN long unless bottoms at 15 area but
too dangerous, slash wrists catching falling
knife, only buy to cover short [07:17 am]
Mitch K: you guys know to be watching for
shorts on top of the bigger bounces like
LTM? [07:17 am] Mitch K: ORLY could get
some momentum on rebound [07:18 am] Mitch
K: QCOM bouncing, should be more upside
left [07:19 am] Mitch K: more upside on
ORLY [07:19 am] Mitch K: you should be out
of AMRN [07:19 am] Mitch K: for
bottom [07:19 am] Mitch K: still watching
UNH [07:20 am] Mitch K: dont try to buy
AMRN long, no no no, hands off [07:20 am]
Mitch K: consider covering DDS [07:21 am]
Mitch K: watching CLR for 2nd helping
short [07:22 am] Mitch K: watching
healthcare sector for bottom: HUM, UNH,
UHS, WLP, AET [07:23 am] Mitch K: consider
selling PCYC if long [07:24 am] Mitch K:
COST worth watching for bottom to
buy [07:24 am] Mitch K: COF short still
dropping [07:27 am] Mitch K: anyone still
long SWY, id consider reducing some
long [07:28 am] Mitch K: consider covering
COF, not lot of profit [07:28 am] Mitch K:
watching TPX for top, take time, this has
been hit hard in early June [07:29 am]
Mitch K: watchign AMRN for 2nd helping short,
looking for 15.65 area to short [07:31 am]
Mitch K: lower lows on healthcare, keep
monitoring [07:31 am] Mitch K: still
watching SYK [07:35 am] Mitch K: UNH
getting interesting [07:38 am] Mitch K:
could see 54.50 on UNH long [07:38 am]
Mitch K: if you went short AKRX on top of
bounce, consider covering [07:40 am] Mitch
K: the whole healthcare group is not bouncing
together so i tend to sell something like UNH
earlier, i get more cautious since not
altogether [07:41 am] Mitch K: UNH weak
bounce so far, needs to get above
54.15 [07:43 am] Mitch K: selling UNH,
dont care for it, [07:45 am] Ed : wil not
short it here wait for bounce [07:45 am]
Ed : watching DISh for potential
short [07:46 am] Ed : was little late
posting that one [07:56 am] Mitch K:
consider selling COST [07:56 am] Mitch K:
costco bounce about over, COST [07:59 am]
Mitch K: this is COST, Costco [08:00 am]
Mitch K: there isnt a no trading zone issued
on COST jason [08:00 am] Mitch K: another
one came up on soybean oil for example, and
the Eurovs the USD [08:00 am] Mitch K: I
have a lot of charts open and i just wait for
an audio alert and i dont try to find the
chart that is giving the signal. i have
an alert window that has all the signals
alerting, just watch that [08:04 am] Mitch
K: let me show you CL, Crude Oil [08:05
am] Mitch K: that green arrow on
bottom [08:05 am] Mitch K: just gave a buy
to cover signal or buy signal [08:06 am]
Mitch K: yes qwert [08:06 am] Mitch K: we
will give you different levels of expertise
to work with, this one is easier [08:06
am] Mitch K: this time span is 1 min chartr
lisa [08:07 am] Mitch K: you wont trust it
for awhile so thats why i want you on a
simulator mode for quite a while [08:07
am] Mitch K: hardest part for you or anyone
is following signals. you will want to
do something else [08:08 am] Mitch K: no
sell signal [08:08 am] Mitch K: see that
spike up there to 92.25? [08:08 am] Mitch
K: and another problem, which is the same
problem, you will want to sell to
soon, [08:08 am] Mitch K: a month ?
not sure [08:09 am] Mitch K: many stocks i
track too [08:09 am] Mitch K: but you will
say to yourself, “self, take profits” but you
will consistently leave money on the table
that way [08:10 am] Mitch K: and your
activity, your thought process is
different [08:10 am] Mitch K: so what this
does is allows you to handle big work load,
and easily manage quite a few
positions. in 19 years, ive never been
able to do this, handle so many open
positions with such low stress. [08:11 am]
Mitch K: so that is about 12 ticks profit, on
one contract that is $120 profit [08:11
am] Mitch K: see that red arrow [08:11 am]
Mitch K: ok sell signal right there [08:11
am] Mitch K: you all know how long it takes
to [08:11 am] Mitch K: your thoughts are
focused on taking the signals and executing,
not on interpreting what to do [08:12 am]
Mitch K: this is alert window [08:12 am]
Mitch K: here are just a few trade
signals [08:13 am] Mitch K: and what you
do is put in the stocks that we scan in that
first 90 minutes, open a lot of stock
charts [08:13 am] Mitch K: the more charts
you have open whether stocks, futures, forex,
different contracts, the more activity you
will have [08:13 am] Mitch K: and then
take action [08:13 am] Mitch K: all you do
is snap your eyes on this when you hear an
audio signal [08:14 am] Mitch K: but how
much does that cost? not much [08:14
am] Mitch K: it definitely takes more
computer resources [08:14 am] Mitch K:
need more monitors for sure, more and bigger
video cards [08:14 am] Mitch K: you will
have to find out what you can handle, the
more i use this, the more i learn how to use
this, the more i have learned to handle
more [08:15 am] Mitch K: while i was
typing, you see top line [08:15 am] Mitch
K: COST gave sell signal, you see
that? [08:16 am] Mitch K: this one is
COST, COST gave sell signal 6-7 minutes
ago [08:17 am] Mitch K: rusty, this is
program ive been developing for a long
time [08:17 am] Mitch K: qwert, let me
talk to you about computers [08:17 am]
Mitch K: do you guys see money
here? [08:19 am] Mitch K: we still have
lot of work to do but the quality of the
signals is just really really good, [08:21
am] Mitch K: mike, the winning rate varies
but is consistently very high [08:21 am]
Mitch K: apple, for sure we will have this
ready just after Labor day with webinar how
to trade various instruments from stocks,
futures, forex and how to use this
tool [08:22 am] Mitch K: chingo, that has
been a problem I have had on this project,
most things I do, i try to perfect something
to the extent it takes huge amount of time to
perfect that last 10%. it goes
something like it takes over half the time to
improve results for that last 10% [08:24
am] Mitch K: this system works best when
stocks aren’t moving extremely fast, like
when you get an announcement of some sort and
the stock gaps up 10% in 5 seconds. but
most stocks dont do that [08:26 am] Mitch
K: ok computers [08:26 am] Mitch K: yes
chingo, i told our programming team we hit
the ceiling of high performance now and we
need to wrap this version up and start using
it. I have been using it for a couple
months but keep adding and tweaking.
each addition takes testing, correction,
retesting, verification, etc. [08:27 am]
Mitch K: first of all, I have to ask, what
kind of budget do you have? because you
can get a customized trading computer, which
I have ordered in the past or you can
customize through a website like HP or DELL,
or you can try to go into Fry’s Electronics
and make it yourself or buy something off the
shelf [08:28 am] Mitch K: i personally
have given up on customized trading
computers, who fixes it when something doesnt
work. but i have had some custom
trading computers that have had no problems
and just keep working [08:29 am] Mitch K:
you dont need to go crazy to use this so i
tend to agree with apple to make profits
first and then reinvest [08:30 am] Mitch
K: my main computer i use everyday is an
Apple Mac desktop, 32gb ram, 2 processors
with 6 cores each, and two 1 gb video
cards. [08:31 am] Mitch K: since i have
had best experience with these Apple Mac
desktops, i ordered 3 more, [08:31 am]
Mitch K: plus i have apple care for 3
years [08:31 am] Mitch K: i use bootcamp
and installed WIndows 7 and use the WIndows
side full time [08:31 am] Mitch K: i have
four 24″ monitors on a stand and a 30″ apple
cinema display as well [08:32 am] Mitch K:
i wouldnt go out and buy computers unless you
were planning to anyhow [08:33 am] Mitch
K: i have not had any problems with these
Apple MACS, not one problem [08:35 am] Ed
: monitoring GPC and FOSL [08:39 am] Mitch
K: big delay in chart so dont use this chart
for a signal [08:39 am] Mitch K: i see a
delay [08:39 am] Mitch K: i will put up
GPC here [08:39 am] Mitch K: it looks like
about 2-3 seconds [08:40 am] Mitch K: this
is 1 min apple [08:41 am] Mitch K: sell
signal GPC [08:43 am] Mitch K: it is all
about workload [08:43 am] Mitch K: so you
have plenty of time to go get something
else [08:43 am] Mitch K: ok so time here
is 841:09 right? now what you do is you
are still on the hunt for more stock ideas
right. you find one, build chart, wait
for signal. and this GPC, i guess, will
take quite a while, maybe 30-50
minutes [08:44 am] Mitch K: you guys see
that red arrow? [08:44 am] Mitch K: make
sense? [08:44 am] Mitch K: so instead of
hyperfocusing on one chart to see if you can
make money with one idea, dont even stare at
it, just move and scan, only put in highest
quality ideas in a chart, not junky flat
lining stocks or instruments, only ones that
are volatile, have highest movement [08:45
am] Mitch K: i heard the sound, and i snap my
eyes on that alert window [08:45 am] Mitch
K: can you read that? [08:45 am] Mitch K:
dont worry about whether you can see
that [08:45 am] Mitch K: see
that? [08:46 am] Mitch K: my whole point
guys is this tool allows you to find other
ideas and manage. that is the correct term,
“manage” your positions [08:47 am] Mitch
K: ok scalp asking a good question and i am
having a personal challenge with target
prices because with this system, it messes
you up, just wait for a signal [08:47 am]
Mitch K: hey, you wont have to be some hot
shot trader, forget that concept, just work
this system [08:47 am] Mitch K: you will
be able to have more positions on higher
quality signals. working most or all of your
money after you become proficient [08:49
am] Mitch K: this is only one chart i have
open, i have many charts open, just managing
positions, thats the key thought you have,
dont try to interpret technical indicators
anymore, just follow the sound and watch the
alert window and take action, can you do
that? [08:51 am] Mitch K: you all kjnow
how tired you feel after just 3 hours of
trading? yes or yes [08:52 am] Mitch
K: and you get rattled, frustrated and start
having thoughts on a trade “I should have
gotten that price, i was watching this stock
and i turned my head, or i was distracted by
Rusty” or whatever. [08:53 am] Mitch K:
you wont be expending near as much mental
energy getting trades executed, i find myself
not worrying about so many open
positions [08:55 am] Mitch K: ok let me
slip in this stock, SYK last buy signal was
at 7:38am pacific time, 1 hour 20 minutes
ago, no sell signal since from
$51.10 [08:56 am] Mitch K: if you are deaf
and blind, this will be challenging for
you [08:56 am] Mitch K: hard to see i
know, trying to work on that but just look at
the alert window, listen for sound [08:57
am] Mitch K: just happened at
$52.31 [08:57 am] Mitch K: ok see that
sell signal on SYK [08:58 am] Mitch K: but
you can have many of these open
positions. dont leverage, just divide
up your day trading buying power on various
ideas and let them play out [08:58 am]
Mitch K: i dont personally have the attention
span to wait 1 hour and 22 minutes for a 2.5%
profit [08:59 am] Mitch K: look how long
they are taking anyhow, you guys know that
first hour we post all those ideas, this
system just does open heart surgery on most
all of those ideas [09:01 am] Mitch K:
scalpman, GPC is chart on right [09:01 am]
Mitch K: on left [09:01 am] Mitch K:
thanks murano, this is FSLR [09:02 am]
Mitch K: you wont have to do this but since
we are watching only 1 or 2 charts i m giving
you a heads up [09:02 am] Mitch K: watch
GPC, going to get buy signal [09:03 am]
Mitch K: you cannot hear my audio but GPC
signaled [09:04 am] Mitch K: are you guys
understanding what i am saying about
workload? [09:04 am] Mitch K: when you get
a signal your job is to try to execute fairly
quickly, not necessary to send a market
order, often times, most of time limit order
but if really tight spread between bid and
ask, ok to send mkt [09:05 am] Mitch K: it
will calm you down, a lot [09:05 am] Mitch
K: this is going to help you big time
eyes [09:05 am] Mitch K: there is
SYK, [09:05 am] Mitch K: you are worrying
too much again eyes [09:06 am] Mitch K:
not all signals will be great, but most
will [09:06 am] Mitch K: just gave a buy
signal, ok you didnt make any money, probably
broke even. should that bother you? No,
you got other trades going and most of them
will make you money [09:07 am] Mitch K:
still heading down [09:07 am] Mitch K:
there is FSLR now on left [09:07 am] Mitch
K: and we take the money from the winners,
which is probably 75-80% of the, and the
losing trades will probably be around
breakeven or slight losses, much smaller
losing percentage than the winning trades
profit % [09:08 am] Mitch K: on various
futures contracts you will often see a No
Trading Zone audio and visual alert when
system suggest not to make any trades during
that time [09:10 am] Mitch K: i like your
theory on swing trades though, not so tight
on day trading though [09:10 am] Mitch K:
you need to give some breathing room, some
lattitude for movement [09:10 am] Mitch K:
well jsn, i dont like tight stops when
trading, it guarantees you a loss [09:13
am] Mitch K: my back hurts a lot more,
sitting and watching because i dont want to
leave my chair [09:13 am] Mitch K: here is
the problem i am having since using
this [09:14 am] Mitch K: chiropractor once
a week now, [09:14 am] Mitch K: not
kidding, [09:15 am] Mitch K: there are
only so many ways you make more
money [09:15 am] Mitch K: you guys see
what I am talking about now? [09:16 am]
Mitch K: i like #1 and #2, especially #2
because the odds will play out on my
side, [09:16 am] Mitch K: I dont like
#3 [09:16 am] Mitch K: 3. bigger
leveraged position on a trade [09:16 am]
Mitch K: 2. make more trades [09:16 am]
Mitch K: 1. make more with each
trade [09:17 am] Mitch K: you guys know
the feeling on some slow days, like “I wish I
got more trades in while it was fast and
furious?” [09:18 am] Mitch K: also the
thoughts that “man, I am getting old, I cant
handle as many ideas, do as many
trades” [09:19 am] Mitch K: this tool
solves so many of these problems.. [09:20
am] Mitch K: what is most difficult for me,
as you already know, i have a very difficult
time, always have, to manage a trade for 1n
hour or 2 hours. yet many of them were
big winners, 3-4-5% moves over 2 hours but i
dont have the attention span to manually
manage those, let alone 5-10 of them at a
time. i go brain dead by days
end. let alone end of week. but
now i can handle many stocks, still fresh on
THursday and Fridays [09:21 am] Mitch K:
and still get consistent results with more
ideas with lower stress, that is what i have
been saying to you guys about you can handle
much more trades and be consistently getting
better prices [09:22 am] Mitch K: remember
i explained the buy-sell meter and the hold
meter about 10 days ago? [09:23 am] Mitch
K: another sells ignal went off on GPC by the
way [09:23 am] Mitch K: anyone
remember? [09:24 am] Mitch K: jason, you
are funny, [09:24 am] Mitch K: ok it is
really cool but we have to put that in the
next version, because it delays the launch of
this Lightning system bya month. we
dont want that long of delay but will provide
that later. [09:25 am] Mitch K: GPC on
right, MGLN on left, thanks joey [09:26
am] Mitch K: when you get a signal, your job
is to get best execution as you can in that
candle [09:28 am] Mitch K: probably
getting stopped here MGLN [09:29 am] Mitch
K: i got to work on my back, go hang upside
down, yeah good exmaple of stop on
MGLN [09:30 am] Mitch K: i just changed
the setting on MGLN to a 2 min chart from a 1
min, this slows it down, no sell signal yet
on a 2 min chart [09:31 am] Mitch K: i
like using a 2 min chart after 90 minutes of
opening because it really matches how long it
takes for a trade, much longer time cycle to
make same percentage profit on a trade after
90 minutes, last 2/3rds of day, put setting
on 2 min, [09:32 am] Mitch K: plus you
might not want to work as hard all day but
that first 90 minutes is where will make the
bulk of your money, profits [09:34 am]
Mitch K: that is why we look for the highest
beta, most volatile stocks that day [09:34
am] Mitch K: now you guys remember my analogy
about how stocks work, use word picture of a
bouncing ball. the more often it
bounces through time, the smaller moves it
makes? see GPC chart on right is
showing that same thing? the profit
potential for subsequent moves is smaller
through time [09:37 am] Mitch K: so what
you guys do is look at the stocks we posted
early and monitor them in this LIghtning
system. get the ones that had biggest
moves. and you know those ones that had
earnigns disasters? the earnings
warnings? they gap down 10-20% and
still have big percentage moves after getting
a big haircut? this system works really
really well for those where before i couldnt
trade those so easily, took a lot of energy
and attention [09:38 am] Mitch K: another
really good thing about this, is as a group
of people trading in this room, there will be
a lot of good signals by other people, lots
of eyeballs giving quality signals [09:39
am] Mitch K: ok now this chart on left is
MGLN and i dont care for this myself but you
know my attention span is w well, short, so i
said to myself, this one is going to be a
slow mover, real slow [09:40 am] Mitch K:
i still dont have patience for this, need to
work on back, that is what is on my mind,
stretch, move, walk, so i am passing on
this [09:40 am] Mitch K: ok sell signal on
that, see red arrow, [09:40 am] Mitch K:
now you really need to use a simulator on
this, dont use real money when you start, you
need to build up your skill level [09:41
am] Mitch K: wish lisas was here [09:41
am] Mitch K: i am saying no patience for
MGLN. [09:42 am] Mitch K: this is why i
passed on MGLN, this next chart will
explain [09:43 am] Mitch K: joey, how much
money is this trade on far left? [09:43
am] Mitch K: that is the Euro vs
USD, [09:43 am] Mitch K: 1.2255 on Euro
buy signal 40 minutes ago, now
12286 [09:44 am] Mitch K: see why i passed
on MGLN? [09:44 am] Mitch K: i think about
$330 on one contract that tied up about 4500
of margin [09:45 am] Mitch K: yes
joey [09:45 am] Mitch K: i said, hey MGLN
did not move much for 12 minutes, not
interested [09:46 am] Mitch K: that is
chart on far left [09:46 am] Mitch K:
remember earlier i mentioned SOybean
oil? [09:47 am] Mitch K: that is MGLN on
left, [09:47 am] Mitch K: thats a lot of
profit [09:47 am] Mitch K: thats a lot of
money. [09:50 am] Mitch K: a buy signal is
same for buy long and buy to cover.
sell is same for sell long and sell
short [09:50 am] Mitch K: so again, your
job, as long as you are physically and
mentally comfortable to work this, is rotate
your charts with various stocks that are
moving the most, and monitor for buy or sell
signals [09:51 am] Mitch K: ZL is soybean
full contract size, YK is mini [09:51 am]
Mitch K: there is the EURO sell signal about
3-4 minutes ago [09:52 am] Mitch K: you
would have had 1 min to execute, long
time, [09:52 am] Mitch K: 1.228 [09:53
am] Mitch K: lots of ways to make money with
this, for sure a real game changer for all
levels, from people just starting out to
highest level traders, [09:54 am] Mitch K:
will keep you posted but for sure will be
ready just after Labor day [09:55 am]
Mitch K: hey gregs, i would not enjoy that,
besides, I am not employable anyhow [09:56
am] Mitch K: we will teach a webinar how to
trade this with stocks, futures, forex and
later in the fall try to get a seminar
together, [09:59 am] Mitch K: ok MGLN now
makign money on short side. [10:00 am]
Mitch K: ok there is MGLN, there hasnt been
any buy signal since that last short
signal [10:00 am] Mitch K: even though my
patience and attention span has decreased,
this system will allow managing the slower
movers [10:01 am] Mitch K: ok the chart on
the right, GPC, i havent rotated that with
another symbol, but you should be because
there are probably better ones [10:01 am]
Mitch K: but we all know i need to lengthen
my time horizon on stocks, still working on
that, this has helped [10:02 am] Mitch K:
you guys think you can make money with
this? [10:03 am] Mitch K: it wont take
long to adjust, probably a few
weeks [10:07 am] Mitch K: i have to go
back in time to show buy signal [10:07 am]
Mitch K: remember PXD this morning?
this is the chart [10:08 am] Mitch K: took
44 minutes [10:09 am] Mitch K: let me
slide back in time on PXD, [10:09 am]
Mitch K: and in that time you could be
looking around for others while making a long
position. dont get big on any one
trade, just even it out, can even be $15,000
positions, lots of them, pick up 2-3% on
each, this one was more [10:10 am] Mitch
K: there is previous sell long/sell short
signal [10:10 am] Mitch K: $2 on the short
or about 2.2% profit on that [10:11 am]
Mitch K: this is what i meant by finding
highest beta stocks that day, highes
volatility [10:11 am] Mitch K: the green
arrow is buried under that red candle, i can
barely see it [10:13 am] Mitch K: this is
PXD eyes [10:13 am] Mitch K: it wont be
just a couple of these a day apple, it will
be a lot higher frequency than 2, its a lot
more [10:14 am] Mitch K: my point was that
the big movers that day is what you want to
put in the system, and easily we can find 10
of these stocks to monitor at a
time [10:15 am] Mitch K: We developed this
for Ninja Trader qwert, but will add others
later. our highest priority was to
perfect the quality of signals and
timeliness [10:16 am] Mitch K: although
with PXD, that last short was probably 50-60
cents [10:16 am] Mitch K: victor, these
are what i call junk trades [10:16 am]
Mitch K: ok, this stock is not going to give
good ones, remember stocks give a few good
trades and the oscillations decrease in
amplitude which means look for another
stock [10:17 am] Mitch K: my approach or
way of thinking is to look for something else
instead of trying to squeeze money out of a
smaller and smaller potential [10:17 am]
Mitch K: that one is about 1.6%, [10:17
am] Mitch K: remember with PXD we had 2-4%
profits on about 4-5 trades [10:18 am]
Mitch K: that oen looks like about
3.2% [10:18 am] Mitch K: 2.2% short
there [10:19 am] Mitch K: yes, if you have
an open position on a stock, lets say you are
short, the next green arrow is a signal to
buy, which is buy to cover [10:22 am]
Mitch K: ok, another tool we are developing
that will help you a lot is a scanner for
stocks. then you click on scanner and
it automatically builds a chart. the
chart will give you signals. this is
really designed for the highest level trader
who wants to scan, filter and manage many
ideas simultaneously. [10:23 am] Mitch K:
i really dont have any idea how many some
people can do but we will find out from all
of you who use it. just learn first,
build knowledge and skill level and gradually
introduce this tool into your daily
habits [10:24 am] Mitch K: same rules
apply, discipline on position size, keep
emotions, distractions, destructive thoughts
away from you, and becomea
student [10:25 am] Mitch K: eyes, stops
become less of an issue using this [10:26
am] Mitch K: since we are all manually
interpreting a signal when to buy or sell, we
are less perfect at accuracy but your problem
eyes has been several key areas, all of which
should disappear if you just use it like i
teach you [10:27 am] Mitch K: just use
this system, learn how to use it, and build
confidence. [10:27 am] Mitch K: no insult
intended, just trying to be upfront and help
helpful, not hurtful [10:28 am] Mitch K:
then you will trust it to the point of just
entering orders [10:28 am] Ed :
WMT [10:29 am] Mitch K: this is WMT
chart [10:30 am] Mitch K: that means to
try to execute best price now [10:30 am]
Mitch K: buy signal just alerted on WMT
here [10:31 am] Ed : also monitoring EDU
dropped from 30% [10:32 am] Mitch K: thats
MGLN chart on left [10:34 am] Mitch K:
chart on left is FSLR [10:34 am] Mitch K:
got a sell signal on FSLR [10:35 am] Mitch
K: this chart on left is crude oil [10:36
am] Mitch K: so that one didnt work, what is
your loss? [10:36 am] Mitch K: WMT trade
failure [10:37 am] Mitch K: right qwert,
commissions, should be about $6 round
trip [10:37 am] Mitch K: your attitude
should be to move on to the next one, no big
deal, no stress, no emotions [10:37 am]
Mitch K: very little [10:38 am] Mitch K:
and you guys who have hard time controlling
greed gland, this will do that for you as
long as you have consistent trade position
size, no big “home run” position
sizes [10:38 am] Mitch K: should that
bother you to breakeven or lose maybe 5 cents
on the trade plus commission? [10:40 am]
Mitch K: you wont feel compelled to “make up”
for some big losing trades because you should
not have any big losses. the numbers
have been very high percentage winnners and
those winners are making a lot more than the
losers lose [10:41 am] Mitch K: see why
you pay attention and take a closing signal
for WMT? turned into a bigger
loss. [10:42 am] Ed : if u took EDU long
would reduce some [10:43 am] Mitch K: the
reason why i am showing you other trades at
same time is to give you a taste of what your
activity is now based on. Here on
left you have CL, crude oil. and you had a
long signal at about 92.80 and 18 minutes you
get a sell signal at about 93.14 for a 34
tick profit. which means 1 contract
made you $340 less $5 round trip
commission [10:44 am] Mitch K: i showed
you this earlier the long and you saw in real
time the sell signal [10:44 am] Mitch K:
let me show you the latest EUR/USD sell
signal [10:45 am] Mitch K: got last signal
is working out real well. you also
continue to use common sense what the overall
market is doing, which indexes have been
going down for maybe 20 min or more [10:46
am] Mitch K: so how much did you make on the
EUR short? $140 so far and thats only
the minimum position size, 1 contract.
how about the oil? 340 going up and $310
going down, also 1 contract, minimum size,
only requiring about $3000 margin
requirement [10:47 am] Mitch K: you dont
have to take every signal Rusty to open new
positions but you should take the closing
signal [10:48 am] Mitch K: with your
analogy of gambling, their odds are much much
lower than this, by a huge margin [10:48
am] Mitch K: it becomes pretty obvious stocks
that are likely to give bigger profit
potential [10:48 am] Ed : next target on
EDU 11.67 long [10:49 am] Mitch K: hope
you like it, got to work on back, then on
system [10:50 am] Mitch K: if you are long
position, the next signal is going to be the
closing signal [10:52 am] Mitch K: if you
have an open position, the next signal is the
equivalent of a stop signal as well [10:52
am] Mitch K: that would not be smart to
ignore a closing signal [10:52 am] Mitch
K: but i suggest you take the closing
signal, [10:52 am] Mitch K: you dont have
to open a new position [10:54 am] Mitch K:
you should take the closing signal, but if
you dont have energy or time or available
buying power to open a new position on next
signal, that is ok to ignore new
position [10:55 am] Mitch K: there is
FIVE [10:57 am] Mitch K: was a little late
on that to post [10:57 am] Mitch K: buy
signal on FIVE [10:58 am] Ed : FSLR short
working nicely [10:58 am] Mitch K: agree
rusty but i wouldnt make it that complicated
when using it, just use the system and odds
are heavily in your favor [10:59 am] Mitch
K: thats fSLR on left [11:00 am] Mitch K:
take care guys, i got to work on back and
then with programmers on this [11:10 am]
Mitch K: lol, rusty, you dont need that
knowledge to use this. you are going to
give up profits thinking that way [11:11
am] Mitch K: here is how i see it:
1. look for big movers in stocks.
2. put symbol in chart. 3. Listen
for audio sounds. 4. Look at
Alert window to see what stock it is and
direction. 5. enter order.
6. Listen and look for closing
signal. 7. repeat process
8. Count money at end of day [11:12
am] Mitch K: im telling you now, you are over
complicating this. [11:13 am] Mitch K: i
realize you will have the same habits for
awhile when first trying to use
this. [11:16 am] Mitch K: here are last
few trades on GPC since we have been looking
at others but you wont have that problem
because the audio and alert window [11:17
am] Mitch K: hey rusty, you are over
complicating it, lol. but you are a
doctor, you are supposed to [11:18 am]
Mitch K: sell signal on GPC [11:18 am]
Mitch K: you will make more money if you keep
it to those steps [11:19 am] Mitch K: the
very reason why i developed this so i wouldnt
have to interpret the wicks, body, candles,
lines, volume and price [11:20 am] Mitch
K: its about workload, how many more ideas
you can trade without spending more energy
doing that. its about consistency,
procedures and focus change to more
repeatable behavior [11:22 am] Mitch K: it
comes down to human performance. thats
what trading comes down to. how many
ideas can you do the manual way, or using a
tool that is giving consistent and timely
ideas. [11:23 am] Mitch K: is every trade
going to be perfect? no. but
there will be a lot more higher quality
trades by multple times more than the manual
way, probably 3 to 1 at least [11:24 am]
Mitch K: and we can identify many
stocks before hand what is likely to give
good trade signals [11:26 am] Ed :
SYNC [11:29 am] Mitch K: not to insult
anyone but it took me more energy to explain
this in the last 3 1/2 hours than two weeks
of trading. your work load goes way
down and productivity goes way up. that
was the main reason i pursued this
project. If you are doing well with
your current approach, stay with it. at
least make your transition very slow and
deliberate. it took me about 2-3 weeks
to adjust to it [11:38 am] Ed :
STNC=SYNC [11:38 am] Ed : STNC [11:38
am] Ed : daily chart at bottom [11:40 am]
Ed : this is 15min chart of SYNC [12:04
pm] Mitch K: sell signal on SYNC [12:09
pm] Mitch K: no sell signal yet on that WMT
trade from 1 hour 20 minutes ago [12:16
pm] Mitch K: WMT sell signal [12:17 pm]
Mitch K: this is WMT [12:17 pm] Mitch K:
71.51 [12:18 pm] Mitch K: yes if you want
to take that signal for opening
short [12:19 pm] Mitch K: but when you
alerted of the drop, i like the long idea
because WMT rarely drops like that, [12:19
pm] Mitch K: my guess is that WMT wont give a
big short, very low beta stock
normally [12:50 pm] Ed : nice move in KMX,
just mentioning [12:58 pm] Mitch K: later
guys [12:59 pm] Ed : have a great night

the gate when you do use real money, much
less stress and much more
profitable [06:27 am] gregs : want
to be consistently profitable, like 2% day

am] Mitch K: hmm, thats a lot for a new
trader, for anyone [06:27 am] gregs
: yes, my small acct [06:28 am]
gregs : could be! what’s a
reasonable goal for a new trader before
swtiching [06:29 am] Mitch K: not the
money increase but the percentage of winning
days, also consecutive winning days,
percentage of winning trades, avg profit
percentage, those kind of metrics, not hard
dollars although that will come [06:29 am]
Mitch K: i will talk more about

manually? [08:15 am] lisas : you can
make your charts real small apple, don’t need
to see them [08:15 am] gregs : how
much “discretion” is involved in filtering
signals mitch? literally none? or
i guess prioritizing [08:15 am]
apple : thx lisa [08:15 am]
apple : yes MK [08:15 am]
lisas : Mitch, are you familiar with
“Bloodhound”, it will turn any Ninja

you can always buy more monitors too

eyes : L WMT with stop 70.82 [10:34
am] rusty : notice the tails on the
candles on mitch’s chart [10:34 am]
rusty : those long tails on falling
stocks are good to watch when you looking for
bounce [10:35 am] rusty : can also
use them on stocks running up fast….except
you look for long wicks at the top of the
candle [10:37 am] qwert : only trade
fee [10:37 am] jsn13 : I liekthe
trade failure signal…It’s just
PERFECT!!! [10:37 am] gregs :

losses….nice mitch…. [10:37 am]
apple : robotic … next! [10:38 am]
gregs : yeah, no big deal [10:38 am]
eyes : stoped .96 8.00 dollar
loss [10:38 am] gregs : not if
you’re using a winning system, cost of doing
business [10:38 am] joeytsa :
anytime your losses are breakeven, you are
ahead of the game [10:38 am] qwert :
of course not lovin it [10:39 am] Ed
: like that gregs [10:39 am] gregs :
should have reversed that position
lol [10:40 am] qwert : thats what i
was thinkin gregs hahaha [10:40 am]
gregs : interesting that exits could
become new shorts [10:40 am] rusty :
I hope your doctor puts on a glove before
checking your greed gland [10:40 am]
rusty : in downtrend, makes sense
greg [10:40 am] joeytsa : greg, WMT
has been trending down all day [10:41 am]
gregs : think i’m guilty of imagining
the trend the other way [10:41 am]
gregs : because i was in it.. even tho
in my head i knew it was downtrend [10:41
am] rusty : go directly to daytrader
jail [10:41 am] qwert :
hahaha [10:41 am] apple :
haha [10:41 am] joeytsa : sometimes
much easier to let them bounce into res, turn
down then hammer them short [10:42 am]
rusty : Shawstocks America [10:42
am] qwert : wmt almost to 20sma on
daily [10:42 am] gregs : lol
rusty [10:42 am] apple : thx
E [10:42 am] rusty : Chart on left
looks like playbook for the Packers [10:43
am] Ed : which year [10:43 am] rusty
: 1967 [10:43 am] rusty : Lombardi
era [10:44 am] Ed : if u took WMT short
would cover some here [10:44 am]
apple : like it for forex MK [10:45
am] rusty : im not covering till i see
the whites of their green arrow [10:45 am]
rusty : covered [10:45 am]
rusty : ty lightning [10:45 am]
qwert : there it is rusty [10:45 am]
gregs : nice rusty [10:46 am] Ed :
nice rusty [10:46 am] eyes : to bad
i didnt reverse [10:46 am] rusty :
OSG ALERT [10:47 am] rusty : on
these systems with signals you gotta take
each signal [10:47 am] rusty : if
you select some signals and not others your
performance will vary greatly [10:48 am]
rusty : ask any gambler [10:49 am]
rusty : how do you know which is THE
closing signal? [10:50 am] rusty :
so you have to take each signal
then [10:50 am] rusty : thank you
for making my point [10:52 am] rusty
: nor do you have to close i [10:52 am]
rusty : t [10:52 am] rusty :
its only a closing signal if you opened a
positon [10:52 am] apple : good
point haha [10:53 am] rusty : not
trying to be argumentative, just have some
experience with systems [10:54 am]
apple : FIVE gave a nice reversal
earlier about 2 pts [10:56 am] rusty
: see that long tail on candle on
FIVE [10:57 am] rusty : thats the
candle equivalent of an arrow [10:57 am]
rusty : so between candle and arrow you
getting two signals on fast moving
stocks [10:58 am] rusty : note the
tail is coming before the arrow almost every
time [10:59 am] rusty : so it gives
you a clue to be on watch [10:59 am]
rusty : thats all [10:59 am]
qwert : no fslr at lightspeed [11:00
am] qwert : have a great day Mitch thx
for all the info [11:01 am] gregs :
thank you mitch, its awesome [11:01 am]
jsn13 : thanks mitch…..great
system….love ur
signals….thanks…. [11:03 am]
rusty : cya Mitch, thanks again for
sharing [11:03 am] victor51 : Thanks
Mitch. The new system will help cut stress
and extend my life by few more years. It will
be beautuful [11:05 am] apple : thx
a million MK [11:06 am] rusty : if
you know a little about candles + those Mitch
signals….you gonna increase your
profitability on fast movers [11:07 am]
rusty : just look at the two charts
currently up [11:08 am] rusty : when
u see a long wick at the top of the candle
after it moves up for awhile, that marks a
temporary high [11:08 am] rusty : as
shown on right [11:09 am] rusty :
that’s your short term pivot point [11:09
am] rusty : of sorts [11:09 am]
victor51 : need help. I have two
extened monitors but I can’t move curser from
one to another since this morning. i had no
problem before [11:09 am] rusty :
similarly, if you see a long tail after a
downtrend, thats your support [11:10 am]
rusty : windows 7? [11:10 am]
rusty : not at all mitch, talking about
candles [11:11 am] rusty : and
trading in general [11:12 am] rusty
: arrows are good and sexy but they dont
educate [11:12 am] rusty :
imho [11:12 am] apple : i can handle
that process… [11:13 am] apple :
KISS theory. follow the arrow and
alert… [11:13 am] rusty : Ive been
