when the market is over and i am trying to
relax. i never have listened to it before.
i hope i am not too relaxed, lol

consecutive down day and that is quite
unusual, statistically. I would expect we
will have a similar situation today as
yesterday that we have stocks open down and
the bottoms will be bot and the market
rebound attempt will bring them up.
[06:09 am] Mitch K: the lower we go, the
bigger the rebound will occur. As far as the
shorts go, i think they will work early in
the session but if or when we see that
reversal in many stocks upward, especially
the indexes, i would be much more careful
about shorting
[06:10 am] Mitch K: that same trending we had
yesterday should occur again today but
probably the market will be more
tentative.
[06:11 am] Mitch K: This is what helps me
each day to think about what the overall
market is doing and we are in a great
situation to have the 6th consecutive down
day, because it stacks the odds in our favor
to know what to do and my personal plan is
spend more time looking for bottoms than
shorting. and sometimes, many times you guys
see me show you many shorts right? but not
today, more focus on finding good bottoms to
buy

CL (oil) today remember that oil has dropped
over $10 a barrel in the last 5 days and is
going to start rebounding SHARPLY. We saw
that yesterday where big fast runs occurred
quickly. then they fizzled. but be careful
about staying in shorts and if those shorts
dont go down, your clue is to cover sooner
than normal. Be very flexible. I think you
should stay on the long side with CL today

refers to CL, which is crude oil. This has
no relation to COlgate or stocks in
general

heavily upon your discipline, your thoughts,
your emotions
[06:17 am] Mitch K: if you are angry, greedy,
agitated, desperate or some negative
imbalanced emotion, you won’t trade well, you
are likely to lose money in that day

them, the healthier they are, the more you
make. Control greed, fear and focus on what
the stock is doing and where you think it is
going
[06:19 am] Mitch K: and yet i can make money
that way too
[06:19 am] Mitch K: i like to have a mindset
of a little bit of nervousness on a day like
today with some excitement but careful. sort
of a mix. and i seem to do well. keeps me
from doing stupid things

have is i like to start the day with smaller
positions in first 2-3 trades, sort of a
warmup, not get aggressive. its like doing a
few layupshots, free throws, simple moves in
basketball warmup

and then increase to normal position size
