look at what it has been doing and it has
been going up steadily ok? so this drop of
$1.40 from the high is significant, compared
to the other ones. People have been excited
about donuts for a few days with the IPO hype
we have been hearing. so we like the long on
the first big drop of a bullish stock
[11:14 am] Mitch K: that candle in red
arrow.
[11:14 am] Mitch K: Remember you have 41 mil
shares traded already today so there is a lot
of interest and there are retail traders in
this. which means they get excited, they are
inexperienced, they will usually buy. so
when i called 27.80 on this candle right here
on chart
[11:16 am] Mitch K: you had over 40 cents
potential profit on a $28 stock, which is
about 1.3% for a higher odds play in the
middle of the day. that’s more than spouse
money. otherwise, middle of day, you can be
studying, reviewing charts, learning stuff
[11:16 am] Mitch K: now ignore the red arrow
on chart now because a minute or two has gone
by and the arrow stays there
[11:17 am] Mitch K: now odyssey….. that is
not my goal and shouldn’t be yours that
somebody else holds your hand while
trading
[11:19 am] Mitch K: if you want to make
serious money trading, you have to be a
serious student first. and then learn to
control emotions. the emotional control or
the discipline to 1) stay in position size,
2) stay with quality, 3)
[11:20 am] Mitch K: don’t do dumb things like
for example, trading DNKN again now. there
isn’t anything there, not even donut crumbs.
what we see over and over is people get bored
and think they can get away with trading low
odds setups with higher dollar amount
positions when they should be reserving that
for the first 90 minutes of the day.

down because you chased something dumb, lost
money, you hang your head low and then you
are confused wondering what you did wrong.
